L-Coins

The amount of L-Coins that can be obtained will be increased:

Armors of Protection

The following changes will be applied:

Item	Changes
Gaiters of Protection	Trigger skill: Defense: Damage Limit: Effect: received damage limit will be changed from 5000~2000 to 7000~4000 (depending on enchant value). Trigger cooldown: will be increased to 15 sec.
Leather Leggings of Protection	Trigger skill: Defense: Critical Damage will be changed for Defense: Damage Limit (including the changes mentioned for Gaiters of Protection). The additional effect, Received damage reduction (when enchanting the item to +6~+10) will be changed to Max HP bonus (in order to balance the item due to its new trigger skill).
Stockings of Protection	Trigger skill: Defense: Critical Damage will be changed for Defense: Damage Limit (including the changes mentioned for Gaiters of Protection).

Other Changes

The amount of Combat Power points required to receive the Citizenship status will be increased to 3000 points.
Fixed an issue where Lv. 90 monsters on Primeval Isle were not counting towards the Explore the Primeval Isle weekly mission.
Combat Power points granted by A-grade weapons, Boss weapons, and Frost Lord's weapons have been recalculated.
Fixed an issue where the Talisman of Hellbound Lv. 9 'Received PvP damage' reduction effect was being applied incorrectly. Additionally, the incorrect 'All received Critical Damage -50' effect has been removed from the item description.
